All the coatings are beneficial, but each offers its own unique benefits.  The two best and most used coatings are Epoxy and polyurea

There are many benefits of applying concrete coatings.  Coatings protect concrete from stains and spills, and make a dull floor look great.  Coatings do not pop off, come loose, or chip like floor tiles and coatings are resistant to heat and chemicals so they protect your floor.

Polyurea coatings do not come loose and peel off from hot tires repeatedly rolling over them like tiles do.  Polyurea coatings are 20 times more durable than epoxy and are green "volatile organic compound-compliant" (VOC).  Polyurea coatings are an affordable solution for your flooring.

We install high performance floor coatings like Epoxy and Polyurea.  We work with both residential and commercial customers.
Polyurea is 20 times stronger than epoxy floors.  The big advantage of a Polyurea concrete coating is that it will not peel or flake off. 

A professionally installed coating provides a lasting surface and is easy to clean. You only need to use a mild detergent to keep the flooring looking new. In addition to all the benefits listed above these coatings can last as long as the life of a property. This is especially important if you're looking to protect your investment.  The cost for coating your floor with polyurea will depend on how many square feet your floor is.

Concrete Sealer

We specialize in pouring, finishing, and sealing concrete floors.  A combination of epoxy as a base coating and a urethane top-coat will provide excellent protection for your floors.  We use epoxy for a base coat because the epoxy is thicker and adheres to the concrete better than urethane.  We use the urethane for the top-coat because it tends to be harder and more chemical resistant than epoxy.
​We don't apply epoxy coatings to exterior concrete because the UV rays from the sun will  yellow the epoxy over time.

​If you're a homeowner and you want to seal your own concrete, we recommend a topical penetrating acrylic concrete sealer because applying epoxy and polyurea or polyaspartic coatings is not a DIY job you really should hire professionals.  The reason you should hire professionals is because these coatings typically dry very fast so  you don't have very much time to roll it on.  We use polyaspartic coatings when we install decorative flake coating floors for garages.

Before using a concrete sealer we always clean the surface using a pressure washer.  The concrete sealer we recommend the most is Armor AR350.  It is an acrylic sealer that will enhance, seal, and protect concrete.  We use this sealer to give stamped patios, floors, and walkways a satin sheen.  On driveway's we like to use a sealer called LastiSeal.  It is a  Penetrating concrete sealer.  The best way to apply this driveway sealer is with a Power Backpack Sprayer.

Concrete Repair

​Concrete driveway repair   
When you see cracks in your driveway or you have chunks of concrete popping out. You know you need to repair your driveway.  Repairing your driveway will increase its lifespan.

In order to properly repair a driveway it’s important to understand why there are cracks or damaged spots on the driveway.  Understanding what caused the problem will determine the best repair method that should be used to fix the damaged driveway.
​
Very thin driveway cracks that are about an eighth inch wide or less, are usually shrinkage cracks and not a structural problem.  Concrete normally shrinks when it dries, and if there are forces restricting the concrete from expanding and contracting shrinkage crack will appear.  

The way we fix this problem is by cutting contraction joints in the driveway.  Sawing contraction joints into the driveway will allow the concrete to shrink and crack along the sawed joints where they will be hidden.

The usual reason for larger cracks in the driveway that are a quarter inch wide or wider, is from sub-base movement.  The soil under the concrete driveway has settled or shifted causing a crack.  Sometimes the culprit can be overgrown tree roots that have grown under the driveway causing the driveway to lift and crack.

Correctly repairing a cracked driveway requires preparation, planning, and using the right repair material if you want the repair to last and the driveway to look as good as new.

A popular way to repair a driveway is by resurfacing the driveway.  Concrete driveway resurfacing requires experience.  The concrete contractor needs to know how to correctly plan and prepare the driveway for repair, and use the proper techniques and materials to make sure the repair lasts for many years.  Using a quality sealer is also a very important final step for protecting the surface.

Resurfacing can make your driveway look just like new again. You can also use the driveway resurfacing as an opportunity to change the appearance of your driveway surface by doing a stamped overlay.

Waco Texas

Waco Texas was founded in 1849 by the Huaco Indians and that is where the name Waco is derived.  It is the county seat of McLennan County.  

Waco is in the heartland of Texas on the I-35 corridor halfway between Dallas and Austin. It is a small city but is rapidly evolving and growing. It seems every few months a new shop, restaurant, or new entertainment venue opens.  The City is the birthplace of Dr Pepper, the Texas Ranger Hall of Fame and Museum and the Texas Sports Hall of Fame, and the Magnolia Market made famous by Chip and Joanna Gaines.  A popular attraction in Waco is the suspension walking bridge.  The cables for the Waco walking suspension bridge were supplied by John Roebling Co., who built the Brooklyn bridge in New York City.  Elon Musk has established a SpaceX rocket engine facility in nearby McGregor.  Waco offers many attractions, including historic homes, recreational venues, theatrical and musical productions, and art exhibitions. 

Waco is home to Cameron Park, one of the biggest and best municipal parks in Texas.  Cameron Park is a 416-acre park in the heart of Waco, near downtown, on the Brazos and Bosque Rivers.  Waco is also home to the Waco Mammoth National Monument, which is part of the National Parks System.  Waco Mammoth National Monument is over 100 acres of  parkland along the Bosque River. 
Waco is rich in Texas history and economic opportunities because it is home to three major colleges in its city limits including: Baylor University, Texas State Technical College, and McLennan Community College.
